Hello Docebo Community,
It’s been a pleasure connecting with many of you over the years—whether through problem-solving discussions here or during my talk at the 2024 Inspire Conference in Dallas.
As my time with Ericsson comes to a close, I’m excited to explore new opportunities to continue working with Docebo products and further contribute to this vibrant community.
In my role at Ericsson, I thrived in an agile environment, leveraging Docebo’s architecture to meet complex business needs. My responsibilities ranged from integrating Salesforce with Docebo to sandbox testing for the potential merger of two platforms, including Extended Enterprise features. While the merger didn’t occur, I applied the same principles used in a previous migration from a proprietary platform to Docebo.
At the 2024 Inspire Conference, I spoke about leveraging AI (ChatGPT) for upskilling. I’ve used AI to tackle a variety of challenges, from crafting Python scripts to developing Excel and HTML/CSS solutions.
With a lifetime of experience in technology, I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a user-focused approach, and a passion for helping team members unlock new capabilities. My expertise spans implementation strategies such as launching new branches or group solutions, automating enrollments, and rolling out entirely new systems.
