January 2024: Upcoming Holiday Support Hours

Docebo Support will have modified hours of operation for the following upcoming public holidays: Wednesday, January 1st, in observance of New Year's Day, all offices will be closed. Phone support will be closed briefly from 2-3AM Eastern, but will otherwise operate as normal. Monday, January 6th, in observance of Epiphany, our offices in Italy will be closed. Docebo Support operations will remain available during US hours. Phone support will operate as normal. Monday, January 20th, our US offices will observe Martin Luther King Day.Docebo Support Operations will operate as normal during this holiday.

How do I search the Feature Roadmap and existing Ideas portal?

We are really excited about all the positive feedback we’ve received so far on the NEW Ideas portal. Thanks to all of you for following the new process of searching the Feature Roadmap and existing Ideas in the portal before submitting a brand new idea using the Idea Submission Template. Speaking of searching, I wanted to make this quick little guide to help show how to search both places for anyone new to the community or anyone in need of a refresher. Search the Feature Roadmap Navigate to the Feature Roadmap Click on the magnifying glass beside Docebo Feature RoadmapPlease note, if you click on a feature card after searching, once you exit the feature card, your search results will be lost and you will need to perform the search again. Search existing ideas in the Ideas portal Navigate to the search bar located ABOVE the Feature Roadmap Type in the keyword(s) for the idea you are searching. Capitalization standardization for enhanced accessibility and better content design

👋 Hey Docebo users We have some important news to share about the future of the user interface of Docebo Learn. In our commitment to continually improve and adapt to the evolving needs of our users, we are about to start a journey towards enhancing accessibility and aligning with market standards through a capitalization standardization process. Docebo Learn has been developed using title case capitalization, meaning all the words included in labels (the texts shown in the interface) are capitalized according to some complex style rules. Starting from the November monthly release (planned for the week of November 20, 2023), and for the next few months, we will slowly move to sentence case capitalization, meaning only the first word of labels will be capitalized. Creating Gamification Badges- looking for best practice and advice

Hi All,I am looking at badges for users who complete our courses and learning plans and I wondered if anybody had any tips for how to create the badge images. I am looking at a badge for a learning plan for instance, but then if they complete all the learning plans for a certain product they would then receive an addtional “super” badge to show this accomplishment. Has anybody done anything similar and would care to share their image? Can you do a shield type badge or is it just square and circle type badges? Any best practice advice would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!!

Automatic time and date in notifications (simplify)

Has anyone worked out a way to get the time and date to show up separately in the automatic notifications? At the moment I’m having to type it in for each event as it’s really hard to read with the automatic Date/Time combo. Any ideas?

Allowing Re-Purchase of Product (Course)

Wondering if there is a way to allow customers to re-purchase a product (course) that they had purchased in the past. We have repeat customers who want to purchase again, but the system does not allow them to add them to add to cart/purchase since they have already done so. This would be extremely helpful for courses that require yearly completion. I had thought that if we changed the validity dates, making the courses expired, that the system would allow a purchase…. but this is not the case.
