Anyone else not receiving Community notification emails over the past week?

I have replied and subscribed to several posts and areas on Docebo Community, so I typically have at least one or two notifications from the Community each day. However, I noticed that I have not received any since 9/18. I thought maybe it was just slow last week with the Inspire conference, but I checked today on post where I know there was a new reply and I never got the notification for it.I am trying to determine if our email filters are blocking them - I don’t see them in my quarantined/spam folders. Curious if anyone else is noticing this as well?

A look back at the future of learning: Docebo Inspire 2023 recap

It might have taken four years to get together in person again, but it sure was worth the wait! This year’s event was a smashing success and even went to the dogs at times (in the BEST way possible)! For all of you who attended, you get it. And for those of you who couldn’t make it this year, read on and you will. Fiiiiiinally, this year’s conference was IN person, IN Nashville, and it was nothing short of INspiring. Over 3 days, we hosted 400+ attendees, heard from 70+ speakers, and held 48 sessions, including our second-ever Docebo University (which got an upgrade to a full-day event with 20 sessions). With so many speakers, sessions, and some of the industry’s brightest minds, there was plenty of opportunity to inspire the future of learning. DU @ InspireFor many of you, Inspire 2023 started with a bigger and better Docebo University. This year, DU @ Inspire got an upgrade to a full-day, hands-on, in-person event with 20 sessions. October 2023: Holiday Support Hours - We have some holidays coming 🇨🇦

Below are our upcoming Support holidays. Monday, October 2nd, in observance of National Day of Truth & Reconciliation, Docebo Support operations and Phone support will remain available all day. 🇨🇦 Monday, October 9th, in observance of Thanksgiving for our Canada offices. Is anyone's Docebo platform taking a REALLY long time to load at the moment?

Our instance of Docebo seems to be REALLY lagging at the moment. I don’t see anything on the Docebo system status page, curious if it’s an “us” problem or if other instances are experiencing issues.

We are thrilled to partner with this community to learn more about your ideas and we are committed to reviewing and investigating your ideas to develop better products. Have an idea? Do these 3 things before you submit a new idea: Search before submitting an idea : Did you know, on average, 35% of all ideas submitted in Docebo’s previous ideas portal in 2021 were either duplicate ideas or already existed in current product? Chances are if you have an idea, another member may have had the same one! So be sure to check if someone already submitted an idea like yours 🙂 (click here to see how!). Learning Plan Alignment

Just a friendly heads up, if you are actively using Learning Plans, I highly recommend sending support a message twice a week to run the “Learning Plan Alignment” API call as chat calls it.When you enroll users into Learning Plans whether manually or automatically, there are chances where they will show enrolled into the Learning Plan, but aren’t enrolled into any of the courses of the Learning Plan. When you do, ask for the Response Body so you can see which Learning Plans were affected, and how many users were affected.Support says its some deep rooted issue that can't be fixed soon so this is the only remedy. It’s totally sporadic and no way to detect which users would be affected by it. Hope this helps!
