Learning Administration Manager - entry level, full-time
Intercap Inc., a leading financial investment firm, has an immediate opening at its Toronto office for a full-time Learning Administration Manager to support and grow our Impact brand MyCity Impact. MyCity Impact Inc. is a social enterprise that builds and delivers technology solutions for charities that support people in need. Our lead initiative is MyCity Learn, a free learning platform (LMS) offered to charities at no cost. Our aim is to make charities more efficient and productive by bringing online learning to staff, volunteers, and the disadvantaged populations they serve.
The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated learning/training professional who is excited about becoming a key contributor to our Impact team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day logistics of running the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless user experience for charities and learners. You will also offer administrative support to other MyCity initiatives as needed.
As the Learning Administration Manager, you will:
· Be the LMS process owner by consulting with the learning lead at each charity to ensure a consistent and user-friendly learning environment
· Manage all facets of the LMS, including content and user management and data
· Offer platform demos to prospective charities
· Onboard charities and oversee registration and enrolment
· Serve as the technical resource for the LMS and program delivery
· Troubleshoot issues and provide exceptional support
· Interface with platform experts to implement new features and functionality
· Contribute to building user guides and e-learning courses/programs as required
