I’ve been in my current London based role as a platform manager for almost 3 years and I’m now seeking a new opportunity / challenge.

At present I’m responsible for supporting the implementation of diverse learning programs with a strong focus on enhancing learner engagement.

My key contributions include:
o Spearheading the deployment and integration of the SaaS Learning Management System (Docebo) and its comprehensive reporting suite.
o Overseeing the ongoing management of the LMS, including troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and system optimisation.
o Designing and developing courses using Articulate Rise, tailored to meet specific learning objectives.
o Crafting and designing customised dashboards and pages within the LMS to align with client needs.
o Creating and maintaining a robust library of Best Practice Guides, ensuring streamlined procedures and providing training to colleagues on these resources.
o Contributing significantly to the strategic transformation of the corporate website, enhancing its functionality and user experience.
