Trimble is looking for a Learning Platform Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for the operation and support of our Learn.Trimble platform.
This role will be the primary liaison for learners, training teams, the learning technology architect , the onboarding manager, and the vendor of the Learn.Trimble platform, Docebo. Responsibilities include monitoring the support inbox, configuring Learn.Trimble pages and catalogs, collaborating with Docebo’s technical support team to address system issues, troubleshooting user needs, writing and recording support articles, reporting monthly usage stats, and more.
