Can power users change enrollment level?

Hello, I am very new to this community and I am struggling with this issue (maybe it’s super basic question...);

how can a power user change enrollment level of a user from learner to instructor?
As a super-admin I can see the dropdown list from the edit menu in the enrollments tab, however power users can only see ‘learner’ but instructor or tutors.

Is it just not possible?

Hi @moemuto you probably added the permission called, “enrol learners only”...it comes with the entire group of enrolment permissions so if you did not choose the permissions individually, it’s probably included. Remove it and they will be able to enrol tutors and instructors as well.
