I have a course I want to send an e-mail notification to all users and also automatically alert them after “X” amount of days that they have not completed the requirement. Is this possible through Docebo to trigger this. I cannot find a knowledge base article to show me how to do this..

Hi. Have you looked into the ‘Digest: User Enrolled in A Course” notification for the initial email. Then leverage the “Digest: Learning Has Yet to Complete a Course” notification too.
