Suggestions for provoking feedback survey interactions

Greetings!I hope you are doing well.I am wondering if folks would mind sharing what they have done to provoke feedback survey interactions.My belief is that having the feedback survey be an additional training material is not the most effective option.I am wondering if having a feedback survey with a SCORM (or similar) package would be the easiest and most effective, but I am not sure how difficult the results of these will be to report on.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.Have a wonderful day!BK

Renew Certification link?

Hi everyone,I would be interested to hear what workarounds others have put in place where users are selecting the Renew Now widget multiple times? I find the 'Renew certification' link in the course a much better option than directing a user to My Activities > Certification > Renew Now. It would be great if this link could be added to the certification reminder notification instead of sending them to the Renew your certification page, but I have very little experience with CSS and don't know if this is something that's possible? Have you encountered similar issues with certification renewals and what works best for you?Jo :)

Notificacions (considering the date users started the course)

Hello community, I am relatively new to Docebo and I have some questions and I hope you can give me some ideas or know if Docebo has this scope:We have thought about a strategy to increase the number of users that complete our current programs, in the first instance we think that sending notifications/reminders is a good option, I see that there are some options for notifications to let users know that they need to finish a course, however, I think they are not nuanced and send them to all users regardless of the date the users started the course, that is, I want to send a notification but there will be users who just started three days ago (in progress status) so it would not make sense to send it and we certainly do not want to bother them with this type of notifications (for now), I wonder if there is any other option, I just do not know if you know if other teams send this type of notifications or there is a possibility to delimit this.I have thought about the possibility of creati

New User Badge

We would like to assign a badge to a brand new user to welcome them to our training.  The thought is when they first login, they will see a badge in their “My Badges” section of the homepage. We do not use Discover, Coach, and Share.  Any ideas on how we can do this?

SCORM package

Hello, I would like to know if its possible for someone who has access to a SCORM file to edit it after beeing exported. My situation is that i want to give access to my scorm file to a client but I don't want them to be able to edit the content like they want. Thank you !

Extract a storyline file from a zipped SCORM

Hello Community,I need to update a test made in Storyline but I don’t have the original source file (to be clear, the one with the pink icon), only the zipped scorm that I’ve uploaded on the LMS. Now, the scorm works fine but I need to change some settings, how can I do? Any help would be truly appreciatedHave a good day!!

Remove the Overlay in the Course Player

Hi! How do I remove or make transparent the overlay in the course player? I have tried all sorts of nonsense. I put this code in the Configure Branding and Look > Course Player area:.lrn-course-player-training-material-idle-view-overlay {    background-color: #ffffff;    opacity: 0;}Doesn’t work. 😪 Please help!
