Additional Field for reason a course due date was extended

I need to create a field so that when I need to extend a due date on a required course, I can add the reason I’m doing so.  For instance, the user is on LOA.  This way when we go through our annual audits and I’m asked why the date was changed, I’ll be able to give them the reason.

Is this done by Additional Field?  How would I go about doing it?

@Deb Jarvis Hi, Deb Yes, you can use an Additional Field for this.  The Docebo Knowledge base will have great information on how to create an Additional Field. I’d just use those two words to search.
