Can someone please tell me what happens if admin resets course completion to “not started?” I know the previous completion is archived, but what are the downsides of doing this? I want our learners to see “not started” for courses when the “certification” we assigned has expired. The certification and retraining notifications and processes are not intuitive enough for learners to know they have work to complete.

If you do this, I am rather sure you will not be able to see the users history for completing the course in the past. Can you change the wording being presented in the Localization → Translate to be clearer for users?

I know we can see the previous enrollment when filter for Archived Enrollments. We have looked at the localization tool to change the translation for Certifications to Renew, but we can’t seem to find something that works better, given some learners are new and taking the course for the first time, and others need to renew the course via the retraining and certifications app. We haven’t explored all of the options for the course tile wording, but the same is likely. For example, we could change Completed to Previously Completed, but that would be confusing for someone who has taken the compliance course for the first time. Really, we should probably have two courses for every compliance requirement; one that is for the first time and one that is for renewal. Then the titles would be different and that would maybe be clearer.
