Since the changes Docebo made in January 2024, we now get errors when trying to use the ‘Send Email’ function. To elaborate: it appears this function is pulling the ‘from email address’ from the ‘user email field’ rather than the ‘email sender domain’ field for our subdomain. We opened a ticket and the response from Docebo was the sender would need to manually update their ‘from email address’ when using this feature which makes this feature too tedious to be useful. It would be helpful if we could configure the default ‘from address’ to match the ‘email sender domain’ without impacting SSO which is based on the apex domain.
