Learning Plan: Enrollment functionality in Catalogs

Is it possible to add, for the Learning Plan, the catalog options, view and enrollment, managed as for courses? Right now a user can enroll in to a Learning Plan and then into a course without any restrictions. Even if the course is under maintenance or the auto-enrollment for the course is not enabled.
