We are currently configuring the branded mobile app and the behavior of a few things is strange. In the branded mobile app publisher screens, the IOS tab has two image fields, one for the icon, one for a splash screen. We’ve uploaded images as specified in the KB’s. When the app loads on mobile, it very briefly displays the splash screen as a thumbnail, very very briefly, followed by a solid white screen that hangs for around 15-20 seconds before proceeding to the login. Has anyone else encountered this? Why is the splash screen required to be a square image? Maybe I’m not understanding its use. Any information is greatly appreciated.
Hi Dear Community,I want to get some ideas about using the Pages, Catalogs, and Channels within Docebo.Today, A user can't search for a specific page . In addition, when you want to create a "sub-page" to the main page, the "breadcrumbs" don't show the user the correct hierarchy. So when you want to create a page that contains a lot of content (LP/Courses Etc.) and create the best UI/UX for the user - It is hard for the user to locate the page if you don't place the link in the homepage.I added an idea last week (Please vote if you find it relevant) - But if you have a solution that will solve the issue above - it would be much helpful :)Thank you,Ofer
We noticed that once the learner has started the e-learning, the options are Resume where you left off and Start Learning but when we click on either of those, it goes to the same section. Is it supposed to be different and if they are not, can we remove one?
Is it possible to add, for the Learning Plan, the catalog options, view and enrollment, managed as for courses? Right now a user can enroll in to a Learning Plan and then into a course without any restrictions. Even if the course is under maintenance or the auto-enrollment for the course is not enabled.Thank you,MODO
Similar to our strategy with group requests, we started the community with a limited number of discussion categories to ensure we do not create silos of information. Discussion categories are organized by types of questions/conversations you might want to pose rather than by product area to ensure that you don’t have to think too much before asking your question. Our team can help organize your questions in the right place after you ask them so that you don’t have to. We realize that as the community evolves and conversations grow, we will need to introduce new discussion categories. We want to give you the ability to request new categories whenever you see a need. How do I request a new discussion category? To request a new discussion category, please follow these steps:Share your idea by posting it in the Discussion Category Requests category In your post, please provide the following information: Potential name of the discussion category Potential description of the discussion cat
Welcome to the Discussion Category Requests Category! This post explains the purpose and themes within this category. What is this category about? This category is for you to request discussion categories that you feel might be missing from the Community. Do you find yourself posting but struggling to understand how to categorize your question? Let us know by sharing in this category. What can I do here? You can request new discussion categories by posting your own ideas, or share your support of other recommended categories by replying to other posts. Dissimilar to group requests, we will not use the number of replies to discussion category requests to determine what new discussion categories we create. Rather, we will compare the requests in this category to the types of posts we see created by community members as a whole to determine what new categories will benefit the community the most. You can post Questions and Conversations in any category. Conversations are the most common ty
