I created an enrollment notification that has been working fine. However, during testing, the person I enrolled in the course did not receive the email confirming their enrollment. Has anyone else encountered this issue? This notification previously worked without any problems

Did you have them check their junk folder just in case? Also have properly installed your DKIM and SPF records for the sender email domain?
