Custom Reports Data Not Updated

Our custom reports data has not updated since 9/26/23 at 4 pm. Anyone else having this issue? We already submitted a ticket for escalation, but I’m curious to know if this is impacting only us or if it’s a widespread issue.

Captions obscured by new course player bar

Howdy all!  Has anyone else noticed the new course player bar obscures captions? In the current player, the captions appear neatly and visibly above the course player bar. Not so with the new incoming course player bar.The issue seems to be the hover settings for the bar are very sensitive, so the slightest move of mouse/cursor brings up the bar, obscuring captions. This is not good UX for our customers who certainly like to move their cursors around during videos (!)Any workaround/suggestions to improve this? Reducing the bar opacity via CSS perhaps?

Has anyone had to update hundreds of icons bc of Docebo's bad UX?

What kind of UX design has a GIANT red X that when clicked has zero warning before unlinking from ALL LPs and courses it is assigned to? Docebo’s response is to send poor UX design to the “Ideas” portal. This is not an idea. This is poor design. I have escalated and requested that someone on their team updates the icons for all the courses and LPs when this happens. I hope other users do the same, so they are forced to push it to the top of the list or at the very least we don’t waste time on their poor UX.

Is there any sort of ETA on learning plans being revamped in 2023?

I’m getting a lot of complaints from power users about learning plans. Biggest complaints:Can’t search or sort the learning plans page (or catalogs page for that matter)Users can’t see learning plans in a channel if they haven’t been enrolled in the LP yetIf one power-user creates a learning plan, unlike courses, it can’t exist in a category so a superadmin has to manually assign permissions to other power-users in the branch (same issue for group creation by one power-user and viewing by another)

New Course Player - Retake The Course

We have uploaded videos into the Central Repository that only allows learners to move backward and forward only after completing the course. We do not want learners to be able to move the cursor to the end of the video to show it completed.However, I noticed in the new course player, when a user has to retake the course > click Retake the Course it shows the cursor at the end of the video and not at the beginning of the video, which means the user can move the cursor to the beginning or to the end of the video. I would have through when you click Retake the Course it would move the cursor to the beginning of the video and not allow the user to move the cursor to the end of the video for the second retake of this course. Also when I clicked download certificate, it still showed the first time I took the course.

Activity Feed Enhancement

We think it would be useful to have enhancements made to the Activity Feed widget on pages so that it is not one continuous run-on feed. Adding in functionality to define the number of recent activity (like, show last 5 or 10 etc.) would be nice or even to add in Show “Load More” option so that maybe if selected it open in a new window with everything currently defined in the feed. The purpose of this would be to maximize screen real estate on a page so that the activity feed can keep to a certain content box so to speak so that other widget elements can be placed all around it like all other widgets currently are constructed for. Right now, the feed runs on forever and so you end up down the page with nothing but an endless feed which is not particularly pleasing to the eye.

Skills center changes are disappointing

I recently discovered that the Skills Center has had a major change and no longer includes any external content recommendations. See this article.This feature was a pretty big selling point for my organization, who just went live with Docebo this spring. We are a very small organization (about 130 employees at max staffing), so the external AI content suggestions for our users was planned to be a component we were going to leverage in a big way with our staff to get custom content to each and every role. I hope to impress on Docebo just how much value is lost to us with the discontinuation of this feature...we would have used it as a social component but the much bigger use, for us, was to be custom skill building and content for any user who wanted it...something a company of our size just can’t provide on our own. We had big plans for the use of this feature that, unfortunately we won’t be able to act on now, but I hope we’ll be able to modify to use in the future.I understand the di

eLearning Courses Not Working Properly in Docebo

Is anyone else experiencing any issues with their eLearning courses in DoCeBo?  As of Monday none of ours allowing users to complete them.We have a ticket active but have not heard an answer back yet, so just wondering if we are isolated on the issue or is there are others impacted.

Is there a way to export a list of Notifications?

Is there a way to pull a report or export a list of notifications that includes the parameters of each notification, such as targeted users, groups, courses, learning plans, etc. defined for the notification? I have checked within the Notifications App and within the Custom Reports Builder, but I cannot find a way to do this.

Archive external training activity records

@alberto.pegoraro I’ve read your multiple course completions post and I wonder if you have plans to incorporate external training activities in your recertification process? It would be great to be able to archive external training records where the record has been renewed? We use the External Training app to hold the training certificates we receive from our external providers, these courses are renewed also but rather than delete the old record we’d like to keep it for historical reference. Much like what you are doing for e-Learning and ILT enrolments it would be great to be able to archive old external training records.

Courses Dashboard report download to Excel

When downloading an excel report of a filtered course from the dashboard, the title of the course is not anywhere in the data pull.  If you need to pull one or more filtered classes out for reporting, there’s no way to know which report is which.   Either one of the first columns should contain the name of the course, or the download file should have the name of the course in the file name.xlsxThese are the column headers that are pulled:Username First Name     Last Name     Status     Enrollment Date     Training Material Time     Last Access Date     Completion Date     Score The PDF at least puts the title of the course on the page.

Waiting lists

Please see what we would like to have in a waiting list function. Session/ date level waiting list is required.  When someone cancels, the next person on the waiting list should get a notification to say that there is place available and they should book it via LMS. (it should not book them directly or automatically). It should also automatically take them off the waiting list when they do book on. We would also like to have a deadline for contacting the waiting list meaning LMS should stop sending emails out to the wating list 14 day in advance. People on the waiting list should automatically get released from that session after the deadline of 14 days or after the session date has passed. Enrolments on a course level are not required but it would be ideal to have another button to ask "are you interested in this course". We can use this list to arrange any new sessions as per requirement.

Configure Course Dashboard

Hello all,I am very frustrated that there is no way to configure the course dashboards on Docebo.  My power users are able to generate reports with the necessary information (names rather than email addresses), however that involves generating CSV/Excel files and then opening and finding the information, which is slow and tedious (especially in 2023).  Moreover, the reports are only generated once a day, and our industry moves very fast (medical device/surgeon training and education); and so we enroll users regularly throughout the day, every day, and the real-time snap shots offered by the dashboards *would* be terrific - if we could customize them.  Our users have email addresses that may or may not have any distinguishing or exacting details, and so username/email is not reliable for tracking user progress on these dashboards.I am further irritated that the great dashboard analytics that Docebo has is locked behind a paywall.  To me, that certainly feels like we are being nickel-and

Notification for outstanding courses for multiple courses

Hi,We currently have 3 compliance courses that need to be completed within the business. There is no deadline set for these courses but they are mandatory. Is it possible to have a notification created that will be sent to any user who hasnt completed these courses all in one email? I have seen there is an option for outstanding course but it seems to generate a separate email for each course. Ideally I would want any outstanding course (From the 3 compliance courses) to be included on the email and only sent to the users who have any of the 3 courses outstanding. Hope this makes sense!Thanks,

MS Edge Browser and New Reports

For some reason, I’m unable to get to New Reports using a MS Edge browser. I’m able to do it with Chrome, however for my work needs, I primarily work within MS Edge.I’ve had to navigate to Chrome to work on reports for managers and such, and it’s a pain to have do this. If I export a report, I have to copy the link and paste it in Chrome otherwise I get an error message. I have reset cookies, I have rebooted, I have tried everything that IT within my organization will allow, yet I still get the same error message. Here are screenshots of what I see from MS Edge going to “New Reports”  Clicking any of those gives me the same error.Custom Reports Builder gives me this, which is useless. My browser is up to date as of today. I opened a ticket a while ago about this same issue, however I was on a different company issued laptop. We did the normal things like, update the browser, delete cookies and cache, etc., and still didn’t work. We closed the ticket because we just decided to use Chrom

How can you include commas in the answer key?

I am creating a test question, and the answer to a question includes a comma (“,”). But no matter how I tried to include that in the answer key, the platform will identify the comma as a separator and separate the answers. This has causing bugs as users’ correct answer can’t match the answer key. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Retaking Certifications without Expiration Date?

Can you set up a certification for a course so you can retake it without putting an expiration date?  If I put a 0 for the expiration date, the RENEW NOW button won’t appear for the user in the Certification tab. I have also marked the checkbox next to “Allow users to retake the same course or learning plan to renew their certification.”

We would like to have reports containing following information Report 1 - Session Title, Session date, Session Time, Maximum Bookings, Number of enrolments including 0.Report 2 - Name and date of the sessions where attendance has not been marked.

Update Userface

Hello, it would be great to have enhancements to the existing homepage for a more seamless feel - something like this. We’ve received a lot of feedback from our clients lately that the homepage feels “clunky”. This tool is sharepoint for reference. I understand we can utilize this layout via an iframe or HTML, but it would be great if the pages that more functionality/flexibility to be able to do it in the tool vs. a separate site. Just an idea. Thank you!

Adjust Header Logo Size Instructions

In building our system we noticed our header logo (the logo you set under Configure Branding and Look > Header) is blurry. It is actually blurry on Docebo University as well. We worked with you guys to fix this and discovered 190 x 35 pixels is a better size than what’s recommended in the software text. What’s recommended is 380 x 73, which comes out blurry.This idea is a recommendation to update that text to say 190 x 35 instead.

Il power user che iscriver i suoi collaboratori alle sessioni ILT, ha la necessità di avere VISIBILITA' IMMEDIATA DEL NUMERO RESIDUO DEI POSTI DISPONIBILI. il power user se ne accorge solo quando iscrive e il sistema non conferma l'iscrizione e fornisce il messaggio di posti esauriti. Ma IN VIA PREVENTIVA non ha questa informazione, e dunque rischia di fare un lavoro "inutile" perchè poi dovrà iscrivere a nuove sessioni. Learning Plan - Completion Display on Tile in channel

We show learning plans and courses in channels.  The Courses show Status and the learning plans don’t. Can we have the learning plans show status as well? in this example the first one is the course, the rest are learning plans, some of which are complete and some that aren’t.

Manual Learning Impacts Sync

We are having an issue with Learning Impacts not syncing all users so they do not get the survey.  We would like to manually override the warning message that someone was not enrolled in a course and sync the user.  Currently we are going through a process of:Turn off all notifications in the system Make note of which records are not syncing Turn off all enrollment and unenrollment notifications Unenroll users Wait for hours for sync to happen Re-enroll users Turn on all enrollments and unenrollment notifications Check for syncSince this is being done off hours (because of turnining notifications on/off), we would really like to have a manual sync override process.
