We are having 403 and 500 errors and server errors accessing the catalog and course management again today.

We have raised a ticket with our implementation PM and asked for escalation.

This is our Go Live week.

Is there anything more we can do to get this issue resolved?

Is it happening to others in the US?

We havn’t heard from the team, but it seems to be working.  Can you see the status on the ticket?

 

I would hate to sound the all clear if the issue is ongoing.
