We use email notifications to send training plans to our users. In the last 2 weeks email notifications that we have been set up using Source Codes are not being sent from the platform.Has something changed to where notifications only work using HTML text? Is anyone else having this issue?
I’ve recreated a few of our notifications removing the Source code and only using the Short Codes provided and it seems to work. However, we use the source code due to the branding and clean look that it provides.
