Axcelis Technologies is hiring a Business Applications Trainer. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for leading successful training efforts to align our workforce with our Digital Transformation journey. To qualify you must be a self-starter, able to work directly with cross functional Project Managers and Project teams to embrace the vision, help define the steps, and become part of the implementation solutions.
The ideal candidate must be an evangelist, who embraces the challenge of motivating and enabling people to grow and transform the way they work. You must be a tenacious learner, able to dive into a new application from the perspective of different roles. Able to then create effective training materials to facilitate workforce learning in the use of these new tools. We are looking for an adaptable change agent, who can communicate effectively across a diverse global staff, with solid technical and people skills, to join our team.
This position will work closely with our LMS Administrator to continue developing training to support our organization.
