We provide training to 25,000+ employees and partners, with over 400+ in-house created training titles that cover the initial interest in a customer purchasing solar, to all the various steps of financing, permits, install, safety, compliance, HR, troubleshooting, maintenance, OSHA, leadership development, ILTs, Observational Checklists, and maintaining a great relationship with our customers for 30 years after purchase and install.
