We have had several instances where staff have clicked renew now began the process, exited the system, signed back in, and pressed renew now to continue. This kicked the staff out of any progress or sessions and events they registered for. Does anyone have any ideas in stopping staff from clicking a second time close to their first click? We have done instructions and job aids but still have this happen.

I would possibly add a bolded custom message above the Renew Now button via CSS, and maybe even hyperlink the job aid there to really drive it home
