Hello colleagues!

Happy new year, wishing you all health and happiness, in what is my least favourite time of year, mostly because sideways rain is not favourite!

We’re currently looking at ways we can improve our engagement with leadership in our organisation and I would love to hear any suggestions, experiences or ideas you have in this area, either using the LMS or (shockingly) using other digital platforms - we currently use MS 365 inclusing Yammer aka Viva Engage internally.

All suggestions/stories welcome as at present we’re at a very broad exploratory phase and all information is useful.
