For a start, I would like to say I’m aware that Docebo offers “Skills” but we’re currently thinking about implementing a proper skill database for our employees. The goal is to have all skills of all our employees in one place, including languages, levels, etc.
We need something that will allow us to create reports and analyze the data. Our aim is to not only identify what skills we are still missing but what other career options are there for our employees within the company.
My questions is: do your companies use something like this? Have you build skill database for your employees and if yes, do you use any external providers or tools for this? (e.g. Skills-Base.com)
Bonus question Do you know if it’s possible to export a report from Docebo about Skills and who chose which?
