We’ve updated the list of sub-processors for your learning platform.

The following sub-processor will be added to the sub-processors list. It will be added to the sub-processors list and activated after 30 days from the date of this communication. If you are part of our “Beta Release” or “Early Access program” for Docebo AI functionalities, Microsoft will be engaged by default once the new Docebo AI services are enabled.

Other changes

  • We added additional details to our usage of Amazon Web Service and expanded its adoption to include AI functionalities provided through AWS Bedrock.
  • In relation to Google usage, we removed DialogFlow functionalities and expanded our usage of Cloud Natural Language API for some optional Docebo AI features, available in Docebo Learn LMS.
  • In relation to Docebo Shape only, we migrated our Cloudinary data storage to a US location.
  • We have removed Freshworks as a sub-processor since it is no longer being used.

This update is needed in order to improve our level of service and internal efficiency as well as to follow the evolution of our company.

The relationship with each of the above sub-processors is governed by Docebo’s third-party security management program and Data Processing Agreement (including the EU SCCs) to ensure they meet our rigorous security and privacy standards.
