Update as of Dec 20, 2022: As you may already know, we slowed down the rollout process of the new data refresh in order to add a few improvements to the update and make it more robust for our customers. We have abided by the plan for all regions, with the exception of the US, where the update for a small portion of platforms is not yet completed. We have concluded the implementation of the data lake for those regions and expect to activate the update on the missing platforms by mid-January 2023. Over the last several months, we recognize that you have been experiencing delays in updating and extracting data for reporting purposes. Behind the scenes we have been working on a solution that involves building a new “data lake” (database where the LMS data is stored for reporting purposes) to remedy the issues. Now, after the final testing stage, we are ready to roll it out to all of our customers' instances, but before we do, we want to ensure you have everything you need to know. FAQ: Y

Docebo Support will have modified hours of operations for the following upcoming public holidays: 🇮🇹 On Thursday, December 8th, in observance of the Immaculate Conception in Italy, Docebo Support Operations chat support will be opening at 8:00am EST / 2:00pm CEST and phone support will be opening at 9:00am EST / 3:00pm CEST. We will not have Italian language support for the day. 🇺🇸🇫🇷🇮🇹🇨🇦 On Monday, December 26th, Docebo Support Operations will not be available for the duration of the day.

If you have configured Stripe Standard in conjunction with the Subscription app as the payment gateway for the automatic renewal of your subscriptions, please note that Docebo has scheduled the End of Life date for the Stripe Standard integration for November 30, 2022, in favor of the more secure Stripe Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) solution. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is an European regulatory requirement which is being widely adopted to reduce fraud and make online and contactless offline payments more secure. It is with this focus of security and effectiveness in mind, that we are going to discontinue support on Stripe Standard and urge our customers to migrate to Stripe SCA. With regards to user experience, end users using certain cards (that require strong authentication) will have to re-enter their information in additional steps (re-executing the payment), which they should already be accustomed to doing as this is the standard authentication procedure every t
🎉 It’s an exciting day for Docebo! In December 2020, Docebo got listed on the NYC Nasdaq exchange but because of the pandemic, we weren’t able to celebrate and ring the bell. But the time finally came this morning as Docebo was proudly shown for all to see on the Nasdaq tower and marquee. While Docebo Inspire 2022 may have come and gone, the connections, inspiration, and lessons learned will live on! This year marked our 5th annual (and 2nd virtual) Docebo Inspire. July 2022 UPDATE: Starting September 2022, all Docebo Product Updates (Mid-Month Maintenance Releases, Sandbox Updates and Monthly Product Updates) will move from Wednesdays to Mondays. Starting March 2022, the Docebo Learn platform will move from a weekly maintenance release schedule to a twice monthly maintenance release. This shift comes as a result of feedback from customers wanting greater stability of the LMS during and after maintenance releases, along with the desire for more detailed resources from Docebo Help, Docebo University and Docebo Community for maintenance releases. By reducing the amount of times we release new or updated code in your LMS, we’re decreasing the risk of any release-related issues that may occur in your platform either during or shortly after a release. This also allows our quality assurance team the ability to perform more thorough testing for any identified bugs that are being fixed by our Product Team.
