Docebo Learn has been developed using title case capitalization, meaning all the words included in labels (the texts shown in the interface) are capitalized according to some complex style rules. Starting from the November monthly release (planned for the week of November 20, 2023), and for the next few months, we will slowly move to sentence case capitalization, meaning only the first word of labels will be capitalized. Here’s what you can expect: We’re moving from monthly product update releases to five releases next year, across all product lines. This will make it easier to manage revisions to your documentation, training, and platform procedures. We’re increasing the time between Customer Sandbox and General Availability releases from six to eight weeks. This will give you more time to explore, learn, and adapt as needed to adopt and benefit from the platform changes We’re moving from bi-monthly maintenance releases to weekly releases. This will allow us to provide bug fixes to you even quicker. Please note: weekly releases include normal weekly maintenance (does not affect your platform/usage) every week and, most often, feature updates (does affect your platform/usage), however, there may be weeks when there are no feature updat

The countdown to 2025 is on, and we’re excited to share the 2025 Product Update Release schedule! We’re keeping a streamlined release schedule that was designed to make managing platform updates a breeze. Streamlined Major Updates: We’re focusing on five major releases this year, okay, one is sliding into early 2026, giving you plenty of time to adapt and plan ahead. More Time to Prepare: Updates for Customer Sandbox (where applicable) will continue to arrive up to eight weeks before General Availability. Weekly Maintenance: Bug fixes will roll out on a weekly schedule to keep your platform running smoothly. Docebo will be performing an upgrade of Redis in our London region (EU-WEST-2). This upgrade is being performed to address an intermittent error condition that was discovered in troubleshooting. The maintenance will be performed on Nov 15th between 18:00-22:00 UTC. Will this affect any functionality of the platform?During the maintenance window, you may experience up to thirty minutes of downtime where you may be unable to login, take courses, or configure the platform.

The Ideas portal is BACK!! The Ideas portal is coming back soon 🙂 Since the portal was temporarily closed on July 17, we have been working to improve the way you submit your ideas along with our backend management process. We’re excited to announce that we will be re-opening our Ideas portal on September 30th and below are a few of the key updates we want you to know about. Key Updates on submitting new ideas:Ideas and the New Feature Roadmap: Before submitting an idea, we ask that you search our Feature Roadmap to add feedback to our existing feature cards as these are the features currently being worked on. If you do not see a feature related to your idea, you may submit a new idea. New Submission Template: All ideas will be required to be submitted using a submission template. This will eliminate ambiguity in the request and allow for more efficient processing. Fewer Statuses: We've reduced the number of statuses to provide a more simplified way to manage ideas in the portal. Fea
