Docebo is planning maintenance to the Docebo Learn sandbox platforms starting on February 19, 2024 CET.
This proactive maintenance will maximize the availability and stability of the infrastructure where customer staging platforms are stored.
Note that some of the staging platforms stored on the server named “d-us-staging-2” will be moved to a new server named “d-us-staging-4” or “d-us-staging-5”.
Your Learn sandbox platform will be down during the below timeframes:
- February 19, 9:00 AM - 13:00 CET
- February 20, 9:00 AM - 13:00 CET
Will this affect any functionality of the platform?
During the downtime period, you may experience the following disruptions to your sandbox environment:
- Inability to login
- Inability to access courses
- Inability to access configuration settings
