I am running into a speed bump.. I have external users that need to be notified they have been invited to join a organizations team. I can not seem to find a way to notify a user thru email that they have been invited to join a team. I have looked thru the notifications and help files and can not seem to find one that accomplishes this goal. Am I missing something or is there a potential solution someone might know of? I know the platform has a notification popup upon sign in to complete the organizational connection, but this is just not getting the job done.
Not sure that exists...had a look through the list and all I can see is for PU’s or supers, or managers...If you allow self-registration, there should be a pop-up that appears when the user first logs in asking them to complete to confirm their profile> You can check out those settings under the Advanced Settings...maybe you can find something there to give a some thing close to what you need.

Our users are created thru a Salesforce integration. And I know the popup that you are referencing to complete their profile.
But I need to get them to their profile first. “Hello you have been invite to join a Team”.
I see the notification “Manager request not accepted”. But can not find the definition or description for the trigger that fires this notification. What “Manager request is not accepted”?
