Has anyone had success using AdobeConnect meetings in their ILT sessions or events? I am running into a weird problem where I can add my account information and have Docebo create the events in AdobeConnect, but once I have the event created and opened, every student who joins from Docebo comes over as an iteration of the host and attendence is not tracking. 

So I get all students in the room with the same name. 

 

Anyone else using Adobe Connect?

We did not solve it. Research into both platforms led me to believe there were some inconsistencies in the handshake between them. This is an oversimplification of the issue as it has been a few months since I worked on it and I have slept since then 😁. If you want a more technical answer let me know and I can dig into my notes. 

We found that a great workaround is to create the meeting in AdobeConnect and then use the “Custom Tool” option in Docebo and paste a link to the meeting. This works as expected. students come over as attendees with their names. 

I am planning to revisit this when Connect v12 is released to see if the issues are resolved.
