Advanced Mode Insights not working

Hi all! I wanted to use the new Advanced Mode feature for the Insights dashboards (detailed here: https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us/articles/21041334736018-Using-Advanced-Insights), but I can’t seem to find the option to toggle into the advanced mode.

 

I’m supposed to see this in the builder mode of a custom dashboard:

 

But this is all I get:

 

Is there anything I have to activate in the backend to get all the features available for Insights? Is this a paid addition?

I am also not seeing this option. I see the KB says this is pulled from AWS QuikSight but there is no mention of this being something that needs to be activated or is an additional paid service so I’m not sure what I should be doing to get this working.

Hi All,

I suggest you to check with your Account Manager or your Customer Success Manager if the advanced mode of Insight is included in your package as it is normally a paid addition.
