Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced an “Alert Permission denied” error when attempting to access a Docebo survey on a phone. I’m still gathering details from the user as I have not been able to replicate the issue myself.

Others have successfully accessed and completed the survey. I’ve done so from my phone both with and without the App.

Scenario:

  • User clicks on an enabled “Enrollment Link” for the survey from their phone using the App
  • User receives the message:  “Alert Permission denied” (screenshot provided below)

I’m guessing it may be a setting or security feature related. Hoping someone could provide some insights.

Thanks!

Hi Dave,

Thank you for your question.

I saw that you submitted a ticket for this and have received an answer.

Just posting here for visibility sake, as it can help other Community users.

Based on our documentation

  • Enrollment links are not supported on Go.Learn, the Docebo mobile app.

Deep links can be used instead.

Cheers 😊
