I have responsibility to be the EHS subject matter expert for our LMS. For certain courses, when a location adds a session, is there any way to allow them to add site-specific content?
For example: in Emergency Preparedness, we talk broadly in the course materials about having evacuation plans and understanding emergency notifications/alarms. If I had a location in Topeka, Kansas that needed to add in their site-specific evacuation map and description of their evacuation alarm, how would I manage that?
I was thinking maybe in the course shell, I could use the “Training Materials” to drop in a file and name that file the “Site” xyz...So, for our Topeka example, I would have the site send me 2 to 3 slides that I could drop these slides as a file, such as, “Topeka Evac Map and Notification.”
Just curious how some others may manage EH&S content for multiple sites in multiple states.
