Hi!

I would like to know if someone here has experience with having customers subscribe to Docebo course content, and if so, how you organized user management.

Amongst others, we are using our learning platform to provide (paid) eLearning courses and learning plans to customers. So far, users bought access to a course for a certain period of time (handled outside of the system), and then an admin would enroll them to the course for a specific enrollment period.

This year, we are introducing an eLearning subscription, that provides access to a catalog containing multiple courses and learning plans. If a customer purchases the subscription, they should have access to all content within the catalog for one year.

What I am struggling with, is finding a good way for efficient user management.

Say I have a customer that wants to sign up individual users to the subscription from August 1st 2023 to July 31st 2024:

  • How do I provide them access to all courses and learning plans in the catalog and any eventual other courses that might be added to the catalog before July 31st 2024?
  • And make sure that customer B, that signs up all branch users for the subscription (without an end date) also gets the right access level?

I’d be very happy about suggestions, either using catalogs or any other solution. Thanks!

sounds like you should be looking at using the Subscription app...we use it for the same purpose and it works well.

Thanks, this sounds like a great solution!
