We have uploaded a scrom 1.2 file from both Elucidat and Camtasia tools but however we are not able to extract answer breakdown report for users. Do we have any solution for this. When we checked with Docebo support we were informed about CMI interaction calls are not available.
Does anybody have idea about this and how do we extract the detailed answer breakdown report

Not sure SCORM 1.2 has enough room to capture all that data...you might try SOCRM 2004 3rd Ed. instead
Thanks for the suggestion but we face a similar issue on the SCROM 2004 3rd ed too. When we checked with Docebo they told the CMI interaction calls are not found in the scrom package and redirected us to the author.
But very unfortunate that the authoring tool dont capture these through scrom so we have no other options since Doecebo is not supporting to capture these answer breakdown
That’s odd...we use the report to see the answers breakdown all the time and it works well..Do you own the content or did you purchase it and therefore cannot edit it? Any typical SCORM course with a test included should be able to report on the answer your users have chosen. To my knowledge we haven't done anything special to get this working...it’ just part of what Docebo displays with a SCORM course that contains a test.
In elucidat we designed it and in Camtasia we have outsourced it. We did nothing different it's a simple scrom package which has a quiz in the end but very unfortunate that we are not able to see anything in the report.
We did do this testing multiple times but still no results, should we do any customization on the course properties in docebo because we have not done any changes to it, we have left the default options untouched.
We too have purchased content and have never had this issue...It should be pretty straightforward...Have you tried a tool like SCORM Cloud to make sure your SCORM package is tracking properly and it designed to output test results?
We see this with a typical SCORM package
Hi Irnlab,
Thanks for your support, i have not tried SCROM cloud, can you share some insight on this?
@Hemathri - SCORM Cloud is a free tool developed by a portion of the team that contributed to devising portions of the SCORM standard. They do have a pay for model and can be used for course delivery as well as for developing skinny SCOs (a whole different subject) so that you could redistribute your courses, but no need to use that if you are looking for a quick debug tool.
More importantly, you can use SCORM Cloud to debug what you are seeing as they have features supporting viewing CMI Interactions.
Good luck with this.
I’m not sure if it’s an extra paid feature, but in Elucidat, when you have a project open do you see an “Analyse” option near the top? For us, this shows how our users have scored, assuming your quiz pages are capturing data (“Scores will only be recorded if you choose 'User submitting a score' or 'User submitting a CORRECT score'”).
I’m not the account owner so I’m not sure if this feature is available to all Elucidat users. But maybe some answer breakdowns for your Elucidat courses will appear here for you?
