we have a corporate client user who has an apostrophe in her email address. i tried to input that into the email field but the system wouldn’t save it. Is there a workaround for this, I don’t think she can change her corporate email, so I feel like we’re stuck. She is a big influencer and we need to make this work. they have SSO as well, so we can’t use a personal email address.

Hmm… I have my primary address that I give out but I also have several aliases with my work account that all function the same and simply funnel to the primary inbox.

can you try using the html character code for apostrophe and see if the system converts on sending? '

Not sure it will take all those values either but sometimes you can get lucky with that or similar character codes. Otherwise, yeah alias is the best route. I find it amazing they’ve never run into this problem before, would not think it uncommon a problem with systems out there.
