When we archive and reenroll people, they receive a notification that they’ve been unenrolled and then another indicating they’ve been enrolled. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, the emails arrive in the opposite order. So people think they’ve been enrolled and then unenrolled. This causes confusion. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions in mind?

we turned off the unenrol email when archiving as we only do these periodically.
