Hello! Quick question for the group. I have created a Learning Plan and will be adding a new course to the plan each week. We already have enrolled users in this Learning Plan. How did I ensure that only these enrolled users receive the “new course” notification via email?

 

TLDR; are learning plan notifications sent ONLY to enrolled users and NOT to everyone in entire company?

Hi! Using Learning Plans > New content in Learning Plan


hmm, if the LP is the only spot where you added the course only those enrolled in the LP should receive it. You can test it if you have a test branch set-up or use a group of users to whom you ‘ll assign the LP and then add the extra course. If it works as expected, only those enrolled in the LP should get the email.
