I wanted to know if it is possible to create a notification ‘dialog box’ pop-up for learners who try to cancel their enrolment onto an ILT course.
What this looks like?
The learner will cancel their enrolment BUT as soon as they do so they are presented with a dialog ‘POP UP’ box saying ‘Are you sure you want to cancel?’
We would like this functionality as we charge for non-attendance to ILT’s and this is a way to deter cancellations and discrepancies when clawing back cancellation charges.
