Im new to Channels / Assets. Im self teaching as well.
I have created a channel, shared an asset to a channel.
I have specified certain groups to see channels (Powerusers & Superadmin so far).
I have assigned 1 user to my poweruser group.
I have added the channel widget to the poweruser page.
When I log in as that specific poweruser, the channels are not visible but the widget is.
I know its permission related but Im at a loss.
Please help me
+10Did you publish the asset? Also note that channels without any assets do not show unless you add content.
Yes. Assets have been published and the channels have content.
+10hard to say what to check next without seeing your actual set-up...have you confirmed that the user you are testing in part of the group you associated to the channel?
I just walked through that and think that was my problem. I am testing a few other things.
