Im new to Channels / Assets. Im self teaching as well.
I have created a channel, shared an asset to a channel.
I have specified certain groups to see channels (Powerusers & Superadmin so far).
I have assigned 1 user to my poweruser group.
I have added the channel widget to the poweruser page.
When I log in as that specific poweruser, the channels are not visible but the widget is.
I know its permission related but Im at a loss.
Please help me

Did you publish the asset? Also note that channels without any assets do not show unless you add content.
Yes. Assets have been published and the channels have content.

hard to say what to check next without seeing your actual set-up...have you confirmed that the user you are testing in part of the group you associated to the channel?
I just walked through that and think that was my problem. I am testing a few other things.
