I was hoping someone could help me with a question we’ve been struggling with.

It seems at some point around February most new users were no longer being updated with a ‘direct manager’ field despite providing this information in our daily FTP user upload. I wonder if something changed in the backend that severed this link between users in the system. The strangest thing about it is that it doesn’t seem to happen to all new users, just a vast majority starting from around this date.

 

I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t seem to find the culprit in our CSV upload settings or user provisioning.

 

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
