As a company we are reporting on training data from 2022. For example, I created a custom report (courses - users) for all of our onboarding learning plan and courses. But I am not able to tell what data is from 2022 only. Does anyone have a recommendation on custom reports or best practice to capture data like this? Thanks!

You need two separate reports, one for your Courses and the other one for your Learning Plan. Select the relevant dates, enrollment/due/completion date in your Enrollment Fields, from the report extracted you can filter specific dates.
