I am looking for suggestion/options to evaluate learner interview conducted on the LMS. Any recommendation from your experience is highly appreciated. Key Points to note:
- Interview will be one on one meeting.
- Interviewer should have a process in place to evaluate the learner performance post the interview and based on the evaluation the completion of the courses will be marked.
Regarding Point 1, I think we can manage through ILT sessions but my question mostly focuses on Point 2 which is how to manage completion of course based on user performance evaluation post the interview.
