Hello Mates,

I am looking for suggestion/options to evaluate learner interview conducted on the LMS. Any recommendation from your experience is highly appreciated. Key Points to note:

  1. Interview will be one on one meeting.
  2. Interviewer should have a process in place to evaluate the learner performance post the interview and based on the evaluation the completion of the courses will be marked.

Regarding Point 1, I think we can manage through ILT sessions but my question mostly focuses on Point 2 which is how to manage completion of course based on user performance evaluation post the interview.

I have not tested this theory, but I think either of these might work.

Have an observation checklist as a training material in the ILT course, and have course completion based on the training material.

Or

Have a separate course with the checklist and put the ILT and the Checklist course in a learning plan.
