I see in Advanced Settings it’s possible to restrict registrations to specific domains but is it possible to block people with specific domains from registering?

I may be incorrect - but the way I read that is to say

“If you’re on this list - you may self-register. If you’re not on this list - you may not self-register.”

In other words - you are blocking them by not putting them on the list.

Leaving it blank means there are no restrictions.

I suppose the idea is to have a smaller list by just putting a couple in the block list rather than potentially thousands in the restrict list.

Agree this field seems to be set-up in reverse...we’ve run into the same issue where it’s not about ‘allowing’ certain domains but rather NOT allowing certain domains like @hotmail.com, @yahoo.ca, etc.. Trying to add all allowed domains when you’re audience is Canada-US wide is impossible.

Is this feature ever going to be added? Right now we can’t make use of this configuration, as the email domains we wish to block are a lot smaller than those that we’d want to approve

I would also like to see this feature, as we specialize in product education and want to restrict free registration to clients. There are far too many different domains to include on the white-list, but I would want to block @gmail, @yahoo, @hotmail domains (preferably with the option to trigger an email notification telling them why their registration was blocked, and to try again with a professional email address)

We need this as well.  Out of 100s of clients we have ONE that does not want to allow self-registration . . .
