Hello all.  I have regular ILTs scheduled for the last Tuesday and the last Thursday of the month, with notifications going out at the intervals of 1 week, 4 days, 1 day & 1 hour.  However, because of Christmas in December, I have scheduled the meetings a week early.

My question is:  Can I pause the notifications?  I have set new notifications for the new day and time, but I don’t want them to get the regular notification the next week.  Can I pause or do I need to unenroll everyone from the notification and then re-enroll them in January?

Warm regards, Cindy

if you added your users individually to the notification, then yes. If not, you can deactivate the user before you initiate the notification and that should not send to them. If you cannot deactivate because you need to enrol them) you can also temporarily change their email address to something with a “@mailinator.com” domain so it would go to a fake email address, and then change it back.

You can pause or turn OFF a notification by clicking the green checkmark...when it’s grey, it’s turned OFF. You will need to diarize a task to turn them back on though.

Thanks. What do you mean by diarize a task?  Like change the body of the notification?

no, just to set a note for yourself to turn them back ON as you cannot schedule them to be ON or OFF at a specific date...the operation is manual...does that help?
