I’m new to managing Docebo for my institution and have a quick question:
Is there any way to exclude a course from the “Certification has expired” notification?
I’m trying to set an ILT course up where people can obtain an updated certificate at any point they decide to re-enroll in the course and be trained on the material again. As of right now, I’ve found that they can unenroll themslves, and re-enroll themselves to then sign up for a training session. Though, it seems that when they’ve completed their training and are marked “Complete”, their certificate still shows the previous completion date.
I know I could bypass this by utilizing the retraining/certificate renewal feature, but I don’t want users getting a notification to renew this certificate when it’s not required.
I can’t wait for the new enrollment archiving feature to launch, but in the meantime, got any tips or solutions for this?
