Hi Brains Trust,

I am seeking advice please!

We have a vast majority of users who access GoLearn on their work phone.  Course completion, with certifications attached, do not accurately record a users course completion when accessed via the app, only through web based version.  Hence, we are now finding inaccurate records in reports.

A work around is to remove certifications altogether and use course completions (tracked within the course report via archived enrollments) and re-enrol the learners after 11 months into the course.  (A Connect recipe would have to be written at a cost to our org for this function).  Relevant notifications would inform the user that a course is due to expiry and will sit under Not Started on the Task list on their homepage.

My question please is:

  1. are there other orgs who face a similar issue and what is your workflow?
  2. what further implications could you see to remove certification and instead use archive/re enroll option?
