Is there an option to select how many reminder emails are sent after a survey is sent? Or, is that something a ticket needs to be created for? 

Hi @AnneDickens - I know we’ve already chatted through email, but I wanted to answer your question here for visibility and reach. You cannot choose the number or schedule of the reminder emails. This will be set by Docebo according to your needs during your onboarding phase. However, if you are out of onboarding, you may contact your Docebo Customer Success Manager who can assist with modifying this configuration for you. I hope this helps!
