Why is one of our eLearning courses disappear in a Channel all of a sudden? I remember experiencing this before and I contacted Support and they suggested to drag the Channel to the top to fix it. I think it worked but this time it just wouldn’t work. Anyone experiencing this as well? How do I fix it?

From the information given, it’s difficult to tell why this course may have disappeared. In this case, if this behavior continues, I would suggest reaching out to Support again and referencing the previous ticket. I’m sure they’d be interested to hear if this behavior is still happening.
