I am wanting to combine multiple courses into one course for the purpose of enrolling, rostering and training wages to complete a course per a specific timeframe, i.e 1 hour or 1.5 hours pay.

 

My plan is to create a new course and add scorm files as training materials, setting an order using the pre- req function.  I will bundle courses that have an existing certification together so this annual renewal remains.

For new users this is an easy fix to attach the new created course onto the learning plan.  What about existing users.  If they have already completed Course A, B and C as separate courses, when I create the new course ABC combined, do I use the equivalency function and this will retain previous course (A, B and C separate) completed dates and reset the date to complete in 365 days?

If you align them to the new course that is linked to the certification, it should work. You should build out a test case to be sure. We do something similar but have it set up in that way since we launched the program (so the use case is a little different than yours).
