Hello!

 

Thanks for everyone’s help so far on my other questions :)

 

We are hoping to launch next week so I’m doing some last minute checks & setup…

 

I’d like to send users a regular (e.g. weekly) notification if they have any outstanding expired courses yet to completed. Most of our staff are pretty good at completing things in time but there are always exceptions...

 

I’ve seen the notification setting that allows you to send a message a set amount of time after expiry, but is there a way to have this notification automatically repeat, or can it only be done once? If there is a way of setting it up so it repeats, could you let me know please?

Hi @robjardim if you want regular reminders, you will need to create copies of your email and set the time parameter for each version so that one can go out x days/weeks before the expiry date, then another set to x days/weeks, and so on.

We tend to use this timeline…

1 - 2weeks before due date

1 - 3 days before due ate

1 - 1 day AFTER due date

 

If you want to send something on the due date, you will need to use another template called, Learner has yet to complete course.
