We currently have a ticket open with the Docebo support team, but I wanted to see if anyone in the community is currently experiencing (or has experienced) an error when trying to complete a course import via CSV? Over the past week, we are getting the same error of “Unable to receive results from: course/importCourses.”
We are troubleshooting from both sides (internally with our SFTP and with Docebo). Here are a few call-outs:
- We’ve successfully processed other imports using the same automation app previously
- Three daily user/manager imports from the same SFTP location are continuing to process successfully (same SFTP, different “Active action”)
- We’ve tested in sandbox, production, and with two different SFTP sites and all have resulted in the same error
