Based on our organizational model, we need to give Power users the possibility to subscribe / unsubscribe users to individual course sessions in the physical / virtual classroom, but PREVENTING them from being able to set the COMPLETED status of a course if the individual member did not actually participate.

What Power User permissions should I configure to achieve this desired outcome?
